- Every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8am-4pm.
- Patients are seen on a first come, first serve basis until daily capacity is reached.
- We recommend early sign in and having all documents required to be seen the same day.

To Qualify For Services
- A government issued photo ID.
- A household proof of income. This can be done by your Federal Income Tax statement, a Food Stamps Verification document, Copies of current 2 months of paystubs, or an authorized Zero Income letter (form provided by clinic).
Our Services
- We offer basic medical services to residents of Calhoun County without insurance and who meet income eligibility.
- We treat common chronic diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes. We also treat acute illnesses such as urinary tract infections and bronchitis, etc.
- Referrals are made to cooperating agencies for labs, prescription assistance, and other specialized care when available and appropriate.
- We provide ongoing patient health education.
- We offer bilingual care in both English and Spanish.
